This aluminum Gibson Les Paul pickguard set was made from 1.5 mm thick, premium quality German anodized matte silver aluminum. Aluminum plate was cut into form, the edges were smoothened, and mounting holes were countersunk. Then we applied our in house created beautiful Celtic Knots design in high resolution using our proprietary technology. The set was then varnished with a couple of layers of matte-satin varnish. It looks good with both silver and gold guitar hardware, because it incorporates both silver-gray cool colors and gold-orange tones. The set was varnished with several coats of matte-satin varnish for protection.
This pickguard set is durable. It will last you for a very, very long time (may even outlive the guitar). Furthermore, aluminum improves your sound quality by neutralizing unpleasant humming and buzzing.
