Returns & Refund Policy

Because our items are handcrafted and often made to order (custom options such as hole patterns, pickup layout, materials, finishes, engraving), we do not accept returns for “change of mind”.

We also do not accept returnsif the pickguard or other guitar part does not fit your guitar, if you haven’t done your due diligence and checked if our product will fit your guitar BEFORE ordering it (by looking at the blueprint image with measurements and comparing with your existing pickguard or guitar part, or by contacting us to help you to check the fit if unsure).

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal due to the handmade nature of our products.

However, in other cases we fully stand behind our work.

Eligible cases (we will make it right)

• Item arrived damaged

• Wrong item received

• Manufacturing defect

What to do

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging.

Resolution options

Depending on the case, we may offer:

• Replacement (preferred when possible)

• Partial refund

• Full refund (when replacement is not possible)

Return shipping

If a return is required due to our mistake or a confirmed defect, we will cover return shipping or provide a solution case-by-case.

Non-eligible cases

• Damage caused by installation, modification, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Incorrect measurements provided by the buyer for a custom order

 – Pickguard/guitar part does not fit your instrument, but it has the correct dimensions as shown on our blueprint in the product listing (You have not checked the fit as instructed in the product description prior to ordering.)
