Processing time
• Most items are made to order (handcrafted). Typical processing time is 3–7 business days.
• If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping method & delivery time
• We ship with tracked shipping via FedEx and DHL Express.
• Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
– Europe: 3–6 business days
– USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
– Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

• If a product page mentions “Free Shipping”, shipping is included in the listed price for that item.
Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
