Cream tele deluxe scratch plate was made from 3mm thick 3-ply solid birch wood. The fun sugar skull design was first deep engraved to give your guitar a very cool, funky look. In order to give the pickguard a vintage look and feel as well, and make this piece unique, we hand painted it with elegant cream – beige and earthy shades of pastel pigments. Two coats of polyurethane-acrylic lacquer were applied to create the finish which is somewhere between matte and semi-gloss (satin).
This Sugar Skull cream tele pickguard inspired by the beautiful imagery of Dia de los Muertos tradition looks awesome on most guitar bodies, giving them a funky and vintage look and feel. Your guitar will proudly wear it! Watch the video to see it from different angles.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns if the pickguard you purchased doesn’t fit your guitar. That’s why it’s very IMPORTANT that you carefully look at the image with screw distance measurements and compare it with your guitar or existing pickguard, to ensure that it fits.
